1. You are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19
   • Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea
2. If you have been in close proximity to someone feeling unwell or anyone who has tested positive for COVID19
   • Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. 4. If you have been on a commercial flight or traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days

6. If you have traveled to a state where COVID19 cases on on the rise, including but not limited to Arizona, California, Florida, Tennesee, Texas, Montana, Alabama, Virginia, Washington. Cases are on the rise in 40 out of 50 states and we are monitoring this closely. 
7. If you have been in proximity to someone who has traveled to a state where COVID19 cases on on the rise, including but not limited to Arizona, California, Florida, Tennesee, Texas, Montana, Alabama, Virginia, Washington. Cases are on the rise in 40 out of 50 states and we are monitoring this closely. 

Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately: Trouble breathing, Persistent pain or pressure in the chest, New confusion, Inability to wake or stay awake, Bluish lips or face
Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
